Who is Unmasked?
Unmasked is a calm, evidence-informed platform for adults who've recently started to suspect or discover they might be autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD. Built for a market where most existing resources are either clinical and intimidating or overwhelming and unstructured, Unmasked offers self-assessment tools, a personalised content path, and a saved, account-based experience that lets people move through the material at their own pace. It's a fully custom-built product rather than a templated site — built with React 19, Vite, Supabase and Vercel from the ground up.

Discovery & strategy
The starting point was identifying the gap — most resources for newly-identifying adults are either too clinical or too chaotic, with nothing calm and structured in between.
Design & Build
Rather than working within a platform's constraints, Unmasked was built fully custom using React 19 and Vite, giving complete control over the experience from the ground up.
Accounts & personalisation
Supabase powers the account system behind the scenes, enabling saved progress and a personalised path through the platform's tools and guides.
Launch & deployment
The platform is deployed on Vercel, built to be fast, reliable, and ready to scale as the user base grows.
